Welcome to this remodeled home located in a comfortable neighborhood. Our place is perfect for business travelers, traveling nurses, relocating professionals, family, and friends looking for a getaway or long-term stay.

You are only minutes from Wright Patterson AFB, WSU, Air Force Museum, Soin Medical Center, Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton Children's, and Fairfield Commons Mall. You will love our place because of its cleanliness and central location.

The space
We've spared no expense to fill our house with everything you'll need to enjoy your stay and want for nothing. From cozy sheets, down duvets and lush pillows, two unusually comfortable queen beds and an excess of warm blankets. Our kitchen is fully stocked. Jars of leaf teas. A mini Keurig with Coffee available to enjoy as you wake up in the morning. As a token of our appreciation for staying with us you'll find a gift basket with water and snacks if you're in the mood to watch one of the streaming services on the tv.
Towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner all provided...just bring your suitcase and make yourself at home.

Very comfortable stay and convenient to many places. Description of property is accurate and host was very responsive when I have a question. Beds were comfortable and living room is spacious. Enjoyed my stay.

The property was very comfortable. Very accurate to the pictures posted. For serious coffee drinkers- the photos show only a K-cup coffee maker, but there is a 12-cup coffeemaker the the closet. For those with large vehicles - the streets are a bit narrow, with street parking scattered along both sides of the streets. At times it was a tight squeeze driving through the neighborhood. [No fault of the property owners.] Would recommend this property and would book again.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable, nice living room. The kitchen was small, and for some reason there was a lot of flies. We killed 20 flies during the 3 days we were there. We couldn’t figure out where they were coming from. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

What a find! This little house is a perfect location for visiting the National Museum of the Air Force! Also nice to have a grocery so close as We used the kitchen for our meals. The beds were so comfy after a day on our feet. Thanks for making our visit so easy!

Great property, just as described and perfect for what we needed for a few days. Only problem, and iT is not with the house, was the neighborhood has many cars parked on the road and makes it difficult to get in and out of the driveway and neighborhood and was a lot of construction everywhere. House was great and would definitely recommend it and the bed was super comfortable!!!!

House was as listed with many updates inside in a convenient location. Open living room area was nice with a very comfortable couch. Had one small issue with a door lock; but, Alicia was responsive on messaging and took care of it quickly.

The house was very nice, neat, and clean… just like the pictures. It was just right for our short stay, and was near family we were visiting. We had a couple of issues, but the property manager was very responsive and helped accommodate us as best as possible. Overall, it was a good experience.
