Breakwater Oceanfront Villas are custom designed and outfitted with a superior attention to detail to ensure a unforgettable vacation experience. Spacious, open concept layouts feature a wall of windows opening onto a huge deck with the spectacular oceanfront on your doorstep. Luxuriously comfortable inside and out, Breakwater is a perfect location to experience the crashing waves, frolicking seals, spectacular sunrises, sunsets and magical moonlit nights. It’s all here waiting for you.
Grey Stones Villa is 575 SF of oceanfront luxury encompassing one king bed, one sofa bed, one washroom, a full kitchen and large living space. Open concept, cathedral ceiling, floor to ceiling window spaces flow throughout.
Enchanting memories are made here. Toast marshmallows or sip wine to the sound of crackling flames at our unique fire pit, meander through the grounds and explore the old rock walls, hunt for beach glass, watch the deer wander the grounds, relax on the deck to the sound of the mesmerizing waves, or simply sit back and chill.

Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted in the Villas. Please use ashtrays provided on decks and patios.
The Breakwater is serviced with a drilled well and septic system (no municipal sewer connection). Please conserve water when possible. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down toilets. Cooking oils and fats must be disposed of in container provided in fridge.

A superior property with helpful, friendly hosts. We saw amazing wildlife: deer, a little fox family, porpoises, seals, bunnies and a bald eagle! All just steps from the villa. The accommodation was spotless and well-designed and absolutely everything we could have needed was at hand. For us, this was the perfect spot to explore the charming towns and stunning coastline of Nova Scotia’s south shore.

What a wonderful girls' weekend at Breakwater Ocean Villas!From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning ocean views, beautiful high-end furnishings, and the attention to every little detail. The beds were incredibly cozy, making it easy to relax and recharge, and the large patio was the perfect place to sip coffee, share laughs, and soak in the breathtaking scenery.But what truly made this stay special were the hosts. Their kindness and hospitality made us feel right at home.We arrived as guests and left as friends.If you're looking for a place to unwind, reconnect, and make memories with the people you love, I can't recommend Breakwater Ocean Villas enough. We will definitely be back!

This is a superbly nice unit and is likely the most completely outfitted rental at which we’ve ever stayed! Clearly our hosts have had experiences themselves with rentals where something (or multiple somethings) is missing or needed. Not the case here. They truly have thought of everything. We were looking for a week of peace after a couple travel weeks on the run and this peaceful place by the water hit the mark. This was our first trip to Nova Scotia and we really found the south shore beautiful (and did I mention peaceful). The area was a bit shy of decent places to eat, but that truly was our only concern. Go! Enjoy! Take it easy!
