Overall we ended up having a great time, however we had some big snags. When we checked in we saw a sign on one of the showers saying “do not use shower”. Since we were paying for a 2 bed, 2 bath, we were pretty upset that only one shower was usable. 4 people sharing 1 shower is not ideal. Prickett did offer to let us use the lower unit after the current renters checked out. Unfortunately they were occupying the unit for our first 3 nights. As annoyed as we were about the shower, I will say that Prickett was very easy to get a hold of and sent maintenance right over to fix a broken lock and a coffee machine that didn’t work. The location is great for going to the beach; it is a very short walk and the beach is nice. For the most part the house was clean, however the microwave was not (it smelled like someone had burned a lot of food in it and there was brown stuff in it) and the coffee machine didn’t work because it needed a deep cleaning). The chairs on the balcony were so rusty that one broke when my mom sat on it. So again, it was mostly very clean however some details were greatly overlooked

Beautiful house, continently located across the street from the beach. The house was clean and well kept, and had all the necessities needed for our stay. We really enjoyed our visit.

This top floor unit was perfect for us! Loved the open floor plan with a view of the water. Clean and well kept space. Great location too. We will be back.
