No parties or gatherings of more than 6 people are allowed without prior approval from hosts. You must include an accurate number of guests that will be staying in the home when booking. If either of these requirements are not met additional fees will be charged.

Best VRBO experience I’ve ever had, and I’m constantly on the road. The host was extremely responsive and attentive to even the most trivial need. House was very clean and had plenty of room. Neighborhood is great with a ton of entertainment options close by- but the street itself is very shady, slow and quiet. I can’t say enough good things overall 10/10. I would 100% recommend to family and friends. I will definitely look to book again the next time I’m in Lakeland. Thanks!

Host Ryan was super!
Property was an older house but renovated an very nice.
All new hardwood floors and meticulously clean.
All new appliances with everything you will need, including washer & dryer!
Great location and quiet. Worked great for our Sun N Fun visit to Lakeland.
I would stay there in a heartbeat!!!
