In this house, you will find two swimming pools where you can cool off. The house has an outdoor area perfect for enjoying summer pleasures: savouring your breakfast accompanied by the morning breeze, taking time to read comfortably seated in the garden lounge, or enjoying delicious grilled dishes with a cool drink.
From this accommodation, you can cycle to the various surrounding beaches, golf courses and of course to Lake Lacanau. The interior of the house is functional and welcoming. On the ground floor, you will find the living space with a well-equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle) as well as a lounge area where you can relax in front of the television at the end of the day. You will also find a bedroom with two single beds. Upstairs, there is a mezzanine with a large double bed, ideal for a couple.
For added convenience, the house also has a shower room, a hairdryer, a separate toilet, a washing machine, a plancha and a private parking space.
