Welcome to this spacious and unique 65m2 duplex apartment. Perched on the 11th and top floor of the highest residence in the north of the island, you'll enjoy a panoramic sea & mountain view from one of the two balconies.
Located 13 minutes from the airport, on Blvd Sud (central axis), it will be ideal for your business or tourist stopovers.

The duplex apartment is composed as follows:
* on the first level :
- a living room with a convertible sofa bed and two space heaters.
The sofa can accommodate 1 adult or 2 children, while the two fireside chairs can each accommodate 1 person.
- 1 first balcony overlooking the mountains and dense vegetation of the north of the island.
- TV with Molotov and Netflix subscription
- The fully-equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. (Oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, coffeemaker, etc.).
- 1 high dining table with 6 chairs.
* upstairs :
- Access to the first floor via a magnificent staircase with wood clerestory and sisal floor.
-One bedroom with Queen Size 140 bed, Zen decor, large private balcony with PANORAMIC VIEW of mountains and sea. Overhead projector with ceiling-mounted sound bar for HOME CINEMA in bed (+NETFLIX). The bedroom has a storage closet.

IMPORTANT to know:
-Via the main entrance to the parking lot, there are 30 steps between the parking lot and the hall to take the elevator.
- There is a second entrance with pedestrian gate, car gate and ramp leading to the elevator lobby for a FLAT-FLOORED entrance to the residence.
- Duplex apartment with staircase, to be taken into account for people with reduced mobility.
DEPOSIT :
A deposit of 600 euros is required per credit card (you will not be charged). The credit card is released 7 days after the end of the trip.
