Our stay was amazing. Cody answered all my questions and quickly. The house was perfect.

Positives: Large yard good for side by sides and parking. It was clean. Close to UTV trails. Quiet and peaceful setting. Good amount of living room seating. Pods were provided for laundry. Mostly well stocked kitchen with ice maker. We were offered early check in which is nice. NEGATIVES: The beds are full and not queen as per the listing. For me, this is a big deal as after a hard day of riding I want to sleep comfortably. I would never book a VRBO with less than a queen bed so this was highly disappointing. My 6'4" friend had to sleep on the couch because the bed was so small. There was no grill or hair dryer as listed in the amenities. Cody did bring these items over after several requests and did provide charcoal and lighter fluid since we were unaware that this was a charcoal grill. If it is in the listing it should be there at check in. There was no soap for the shower, toaster, iron, ironing board or children's dinner ware as per the listing. If it is in the listing I don't pack it so it is expected to be there. It also lacked a cookie sheet, fly swatter, corkscrew, paper towels...just some common things that make your stay easier. There was one washrag and dishtowel provided so if you are cooking you may need to do laundry. The recliner is broken so if you open it good luck. The carport in the picture is locked so don't expect to have any covered parking for your SxS if it rains. The kitchen cabinets do not close so I have bruises on my knees from running into them.
