About this house rental
Agence Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 80 m² house in Chambellay, which can accommodate up to 4 people. It comprises an attractive 18 m² living room with fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- an 18 m² living room with sofa and TV
- Fitted kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, induction hob, washing machine, etc.
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: one double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds
- In the corridor between the two bedrooms, a relaxation area with a sofa
- Bathroom with bath and WC
The house is ideally located in Chambellay, in very pleasant surroundings. All the shops are just a 7-minute drive away in Le Lion d'Angers (Super U, Lidl, butchers, bakers, etc.).
Bread machine close to the accommodation.
Activities :
- Walks on the towpath
- Listed church to visit
- 3 km away by car: Accrobranche, Paintball, Canoeing, Pedalos...
- Boat hire without a licence
- La Table du Meunier restaurant 2km away
- Domaine des Rues 4 minutes away by car
- The village of Chambellay has just been awarded the Two Flowers label in the towns and villages in bloom competition.

- Angers Lion racecourse.
