We just returned from a long weekend with friends celebrating my husband’s 40th birthday and can’t say enough nice things about the property and team! The house is beautiful, super clean, and spacious and Justine & Dan made our stay fantastic. Highly recommend!

This amazing house is worth it! Endless views of the Great South Bay, enough room for everyone to gather and enjoy! The second level deck was the most popular spot to eat, drink and play games. The band playing at the Dive, which is steps away was enjoyed as if it was a private concert! At 11pm all is quiet and the family vibe of Fire Island is maintained. The ocean is a short walk away,.Dan and Justine are great managers, and always made sure we had what we needed.. this is one of my top vacation house picks!

Stayed for a family reunion - the house was great conveniently located to town and the dock. Kids loved playing in the bay. Beach was a short walk. Justine & Dan were great and made our stay very easy and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this house for a large group.
