This beautifully decorated 110m² apartment offers a modern and tasteful ambience, and it's conveniently situated near various top attractions in Paris, including the Panthéon.
Designed with an open floor plan, the living room boasts a comfortable sofa bed, a large smart TV with multiple streaming options for your entertainment, and a dining table accommodating up to ten people. Additionally, a private balcony with seating areas provides the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, oven, and microwave, allowing you to prepare delicious meals conveniently. The apartment also provides a washer and ironing equipment for your laundering needs.
There are three bedrooms, and all three have a comfortable double bed. Complimentary hotel-quality linens are provided for your utmost comfort.
The bathroom has all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

In the borough, the authorities have approved several wall paintings realized by international artists claiming street art. The Butte-aux-Cailles is a festive place in the evening, ideal for a meal or an aperitif!
