Lovely Beachfront Condominium overlooking the Atlantic Ocean is a perfect home away from home. 9th Floor Oceanfront 2 bedroom, with enclosed balcony. Kitchen w/full side refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, open living room, and dining room. Master bedroom, king size, en-suite bathroom, walk-in shower, and jacuzzi, with w/beautiful oceanfront view. Second bedroom with two queen-sized beds and a bathroom featuring a shower. The TVs are in the bedrooms and the living room, with cable and high-speed wireless Internet. The property features an ocean and beachfront balcony, an outdoor table, four chairs, and beach towels. The Beach Front Condominium offers an oceanfront heated swimming pool, a tiki bar, a restaurant, a salon and spa, a real estate office, a lounge, a coffee shop, and valet parking.
Walking distance to the Galt Ocean Mile entertainment area and grocery shop.

Awesome condo on the beach, had everything we needed. Host communication was great. Very clean, large space plenty of room for the baby to play. Such a beautiful view.

Great condo. Just as described all around. Fabulous view and cannot beat the tiki bar on property. Only complaint, and out of your control, but never stayed at a beach property where you cannot take a cooler to the beach due to beach bar service. Ezcellent place overall though.

Planned a family vacation with my husband, 9-year-old son and my mother-in-law. It was a great option for us, being on the beach and not having to cross any streets to get into the ocean.
Pros:
Very responsive host
Location was decent
Right on the beach
Access to pool (although they do not have pool umbrellas)
Tikki bar has a decent selection of food, and pretty great service
Great view from the room
Beds decently comfortable
Cons:
Very old & dated condo (and building)
Old thermostat and no option to actually select the temperature in numbers (only with a lever).
No privacy - Not great for couples (the master bedroom has French doors with a thin see thru curtain)
Master bedroom has the jacuzzi - but again lack of privacy
The balcony while enclosed unusable in the summer
Low Water pressure for both toilets and master shower.
The fridge (top shelf) froze the fruit we bought
Other broken things (beach umbrella, kitchen drawers, dryer handle, noisy bathroom door, pocket door from 2nd bedroom comes off rail etc.)
While Sabrina did offer to have someone come and look at some of these, we decided to move on and not have our time interrupted by the repair schedule. We notified the host of these to make sure we are not held responsible. Overall, for the $ spent per night, I would stay somewhere else.
