The property is located 5 blocks from the beach and boardwalk in a safe and friendly neighborhood within a 10 min walk to all major attractions in town (beach, boardwalk, Stone Pony, downtown bars & restaurants, etc.) and includes 2 adult beach badges, 2 Tommy Bahama beach chairs and 2 beach towels.
Downtown Cookman Ave with award-winning restaurants and bars, Sunset Lake, The Stone Pony, Asbury Lanes, R Bar, Watermark, Silverball Pinball Museum, etc., are among many destinations within a 10 minute walk.
The space is a studio layout and located on the first floor of a two-family cottage. The private entrance opens to the living area consisting of a pull-out couch, coffee table and Smart TV. There is plenty of closet space with hangers, shelves, iron, and ironing board

The house was in a great location and looked exactly as the listing described. Jeff was responsive and helpful during my stay. Great host and would recommend staying at this property if you have the opportunity! Will definitely be back again!
