INTERIOR TOUR
Exterior stairs lead to the Gulf-facing front deck and covered screened porch of this property. Inside, the open and airy living/dining/kitchen area awaits. The living area features lots of natural light and sea views, comfortable seating, and flat screen TV. There is plenty of seating at mealtime at the dining table and at the kitchen bar counter that looks into the well-stocked kitchen that offers amble counter space, stainless appliances, and everything needed to prepare beachside feasts!
Sleeping accommodations at Beach Break feature the king master bedroom with Gulf views, flat screen TV, and private bath with tub/shower combination. The second king bedroom with flat screen TV and then another comfortable queen bedroom with flat screen TV share the full bathroom with tub/shower combination in the hallway. A full clothes washer and dryer are available for guest convenience.
SPECIAL AMEINTIES AND PROPERTY RULES
One well-behaved dog will be considered with guest bookings.

House is in a great location, just steps from the beach. Kitchen is well stocked. Parts of the home have been updated, more updates are needed but nothing to impact a stay. Great house overall.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at “Beach Break”. The house was very clean and everything worked. More roomy than I expected. The screened in porch was great as was the storage and laundry room on the bottom level. Nice backyard area for the kids to play. 5 stars.

Everything we needed was there. The owner had a lot of items furnished with the rental that was OK to use. I wish we'd known beforehand that there were no life jackets to use with the owner-provided kayaks, we would've brought some from home. But there was plenty to do otherwise. GCVP was very reliable if I had questions, available almost immediately by text message.
