Beautiful terraced house "Villa Luca", 3 storeys, renovated in 2022. In the hamlet Muntrilj 4 km from the centre of Tinjan, in a sunny position, 20 km from the sea. Private: property 200 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (22 m2, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace (15 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises.
