A three levels, 200sqm villa is located in a very calm neighbourhood only 700 meters from the centre of beautiful, UNESCO protected city of Trogir.
Take advantage of its great location and explore Trogir area and many beautiful beaches on Čiovo.
The Okrug Beach is the most popular beach on Trogir Riviera, also known as Copacabana beach and it's located approx. 3,5 km from the villa. It extends over 2 km and offers several coffee bars, restaurants, water sport activities and children water park. It is a long gravel beach. It is reachable by car (5 minutes) or by boat. In summertime from the main Trogir waterfront there are taxi-boat companies which are connecting Trogir to the Copacabana beaches. They are running from mid-May to mid-October, off-season every hour, in high season every 15 minutes till mid-night. On the eastern side of Ciovo island there is a beautiful village of Slatine with several kind of beaches also accessible by car or boat (there is a boat connecting Trogir to Split which stops in Slatine).
You can also check : Mavarstica beach, Labadusa beach and Arbanije beaches - all accessible by car (5-10 min).
A three levels, 200sqm villa consists of fully equipped kitchen with living room + 1 bathroom on the ground floor; large, 60sqm terrace with dining and lounge area with BBQ. On the same level there is a swimming pool with sun lounging area and outside shower. 1st level consists of 4 spacious bedrooms with king size beds and private, ensuite bathrooms with walk in showers. All rooms and floors are equipped with AC (ground floor has 1 AC, and 2nd floor has 2 ACs). There is also a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
On the 2nd level guests can enjoy the beautiful sea view from the hot tub and lounge area.
Inside there is an entertainment room with billiard, dart and table soccer, living room with large TV flat screen and PS4, fully equipped kitchen/bar and one additional bathroom. Villa can accomodate up to 10 people and offers you an unforgettable vacation experience.
The property is fenced and is therefore suitable for children. The large terrace on the ground floor has 60 sqm and is equipped with a dining furniture, garden loungers, sunshade and BBQ.
There is also a private swimming pool with outside shower, kids playground and trampoline. On the 2nd floor there is one more large terrace with the beautiful sea view. 2nd terrace is equipped with hot tub and sun lounging area.
Villa has 3 levels, accessible only by stairs. Baby cot can be requested.
Our neighbourhood is perfect for a relaxing vacation. It is not suitable for having parties. Villa Relax is situated in a very peaceful street which has the dead end so there is practically no traffic there. You are only 10 min walking distance from the old , UNESCO protected, centre of Trogir. Airport is 10 min by car, highway 20 min. Everything that you may need (supermarkets, fish market, farmacy, bakery) are 2-3 min by car. The closest bakery and 2 markets are on a walking distance.
