The house is located on the harbour promenade of Rogoznica. Everything your heart desires is within walking distance. Only 10 metres separate you from the beach and the typical Dalmatian flair.
Although the house is very centrally located, it is in a rather quiet residential area. The kitchen with a cosy seating area and the bathroom are located on the ground floor. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a small pull-out couch. A balcony is directly connected to this room.

Rogoznica has a marina, i.e. a yacht harbour. Throughout the year, numerous motor and sailing yachts are moored here at over 400 berths.
Here you can stroll along the long promenade that stretches from the centre of the village to the marina. In Rogoznica there are numerous restaurants, supermarkets, shops, cafés, a bank, a post office and a local market (fruit, vegetable and fish stalls).
