Spotless and updated perfect house! En-suite with every bedroom and the biggest tv I’ve ever seen! I’ve rented quite a few houses in Oxford and this was my favorite! The host was amazing and everything was absolute perfect for my dads weekend!!

Liked everything except for the fact that this owner took a deposit 2x the amount of my full stay, which resulted in a credit card transaction - not a hold - at the time I booked about three months prior to the rental. I basically loaned the owner twice the room rental rate for four months, interest-free. I get that it's a university town with some risk, but that is usurious and ridiculous. Other than that, everything about the property and the stay and the owner was absolutely great.

We enjoyed your home and were comfortable from the start. Despite being in an older area of town, the home has all new amenities and is very clean. It is within walking distance of downtown and the main campus which made it nice to walk.

We had a wonderful stay here in Oxford! We visited the wineries in the area, explored Heuston Woods, and did some shopping on High Street. The home was well maintained and very clean. It was so nice to be able to walk just a couple of blocks to get to the shops and restaurants in town. Our only complaint was that the coffee pods were almost all gone so the choices were limited. We would definitely recommend this property for anyone visiting Miami U/Oxford!

This residence was ideally suited for a family of four, with ample space for additional guests. Our stay coincided with a swim meet, and it proved to be flawless in every aspect. Its prime location allowed for a pleasant walk to downtown and a mere five-minute drive to the campus, all situated on a tranquil street. The house is equipped with every conceivable amenity. The television was truly impressive, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Each bedroom featured its own bathroom and TV, adding to the convenience. As an added bonus, there was a washer and dryer! Without a doubt, this is the premier choice for accommodations in Oxford. The hosts were exceptional, and the check-in process was effortless. Thank you once again for a wonderful experience!

I enjoyed a 3-day stay over the Christmas holiday in this lovely, well-appointed, well furnished home in Oxford. The home has 3 ensuite bedrooms all with TVs, full washer / dryer, well stocked kitchen and comfortable living room. The home is within easy walking distance of Miami University and downtown Oxford. I would happily stay in this home on a future visit to Oxford.

Ashley was a wonderful host. The check-in process was smooth. The 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom was spacious and clean. The location, a short 15minute walk to High Street, was ideal. When in town I recommend grabbing brunch at Steinkellers, a few beers at The Circle and enjoy watching some sports at Left Field Tavern. When I head back to Oxford, I'll be reaching out to Ashley hoping her property is available.

Very comfortable. 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths! Beautifully decorated and had everything we we needed to cook our college students meals. The host even left us some snacks! The location is perfect. It is a 10 minute walk to up town. Ceiling fans and TVs in every bedroom. Highly recommended this property. You won’t be disappointed
