The detached villa, built in 1998 and renovated in 2020, is modern and luxuriously furnished. The property is located in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the sea and its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sunshade, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facility, terrace and garden furniture.
