L'appartement est propre et bien agencé. La propriétaire a été réactive aux questions. La piscine est incroyable.

Le bruit. Le problème vient dans la conception du bâtiment il n'y a pas de double vitrage. L'autouroute passe tout autour ainsi que le train sans parlé de la prière le matin a 6h30. Un brouhaha permanent. Tout était compliqué. Les explications pour arriver étaient dans le désordre. Pas d infos sur l étage ou se situe la piscine. Compliqué pour acceder au centre commercial du rez-de-chaussée. Bref c'était compliqué. Il a fallut demander des draps en plus alors que j'avais réservé pour 2 adultes et 1 enfants. J'ai précisé que je venais en voiture une semaine avant et j'ai quand meme du redemander la procédure pour le parking car cela n'avait pas été communiqué.

This a lovely one bed apartment in a convenient location to explore Kuala Lumpur. Being a relatively new build, it is very clean, modern and in excellent order. Everything works as it should, from the high speed broadband to the air conditioning. I found the bed to be very comfy and the shower was great.The balcony is a good size, with great views from the 17th floor. The facilities at the complex were fantastic, catering for adults and children alike, with modern gym facilities and games rooms, to a large and beautiful infinity pool on the 11th floor looking out over the KLCC skyline. The staff about the place were numerous, helpful and friendly too. The view from the Skyring connecting the 4 towers on the 27th floor is spectacular. Next door to the Jelatek LRT, you can get anywhere around KL cheaply and easily, we used it every day and didn't need buses or taxi services whilst there. Communication with the property management company was easy. We found that using Whatsapp was the best way to contact them. They answered all questions very quickly without fuss. Finally, I paid my damage deposit by bank transfer and it was refunded promptly. I would definitely stay here again if visiting KL.

The place facilities are great, elevators never crowded, room size is good

Construction beside and room had bad sound isolation so it was a bit rough to take a nap during the day, AC remote doesn't work properly

Красивая и уютная квартира, идеальная чистота в квартире и на территории комплекса. Отдыхала с 2 детьми и им было весело, на 2 этажах есть активности и огромный бассейн с видом и спортивный зал удовлетворит требования любого человека.

Всё отлично, замечаний нет
