Great, spacious, and clean house with well-maintained facilities, conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, marts, and nearby attractions.

Always my fav location. Soap are provided in all bathrooms. Detergents for laundry and dishes provided. Place is clean bed are comfy.

-Staying in a 3 room with total of 5 pax, owner can at least provide with 2 Keycards and keys instead of just 1. Hard to move around in 2 separate groups. -Master bedroom aircon not cold at all and needed to be serviced. -Laundry rack very old and broken. -Pls Provide more hangers, only found in 2 in entire apartment. -Master bedroom shower water pressure is super weak.

Apartment itself is very clean and comfortable. Very accommodating staff. Please maintain the standard .

Maybe can increase a bit of the shower flow.

Checking in was easy. Need to register with the security guard before going up to the apartment. Nice view from the 20th floor balcony. Master bedroom is spacious and nicely decorated. Bed is very comfortable with strong aircon. There's 3 bathrooms in the unit and the shower pressure is good. Given extra towels, mattresses and blankets. Bath soap and shampoo provided. Lots of eateries nearby. Large swimming pool.

Given only 1 key card. The walking distance from the restaurant to the apartment is quite far. Upon checking in, there's a strong sewer smell from the master bedroom toilet but it goes away after a few hours. There's a large tear on the sofa which was covered with a throw. Luckily we realized upon checking in and immediately informed the owner. The laundry rack was also spoilt but we somehow managed to fix it ourselves.
