There were no keys but a website to open the doors. Pretty useful but doesn't allow you to disconnect and go out without your phone (your keys in this case).
The AC wasn't working properly, need maintenance as soon as possible. For us was important for my resting time but didn't ruin our stay.

Posizione abbastanza buona.
Pulizia interna sopratutto tende e vetri. Anche il frigo poteva essere pulito meglio. Poi la doccia: non si riesce a regolarla, o viene fredda o viene bollente. Anche il climatizzatore non raffresca bene.
