Hampton Beach House on the Waterfront

More than enough room for the entire family and the location

Mattress in the main bedroom was too firm

Spacious and clean. Great location - walking distance to a lot of places.

The only thing was the use of the garage would have made unpacking and packing the car easier.

Bed were comfortable, property location was stunning. Very close to shops.

No tea, coffee, or milk on arrival. No bins in the bathrooms/toilet which was difficult for young ladies with a party of 9. No hairdryer, which in a luxury accommodation was a surprise. One small bin bag left for duration of stay, no dishwashing liquid and half a kitchen sponge (one full size sized sponge cut in half) to wash up for a party of 9. Had to purchase washing liquid, bins bags, and sponges. One blunt knife for cooking. Outside table absolutely filthy with muck, pool on arrival had not been cleaned, so could not swim on the first day. Communication with property manager Prestige Homes was difficult.

The property was in an excellent location and from the initial walk in it looked great but it was not that clean. Dust thick on fans , ovens greasy, grubby cupboards and messy gardens. The house looks tired.

Location and floor plan was great .
