O apartamento é antigo, porém, muito limpo e agradável. A localização é maravilhosa, pois consegue-se chegar de metro que sai praticamente na Rua Augusta e Praça do Comércio. As camas são confortáveis e o ambiente tranquilo.
Como tive dificuldade com os códigos na entrada, a empresa de suporte nao me respondeu a tempo, me deixando bem preocupada se conseguiria entrar no prédio. A empresa anfitriã me respondeu somente as 17h, caso eu não conseguisse entender o acesso, eu ficaria na rua até este tempo. Outro fator, é que o chekin às 15h é muito tarde e chekout às 11h é um ponto negativo, que deve ser revisto.

Alojamiento con un ubicación muy buena, un poco ruidoso pero se entiende por estar en el corazón de la ciudad y transitar tantas personas por los alrededores. Compensa la calidad de las camas, el clima interno y las amenidades. Descansamos muy comodamente!

Logement très bien situé, proche de tout
Salle d'eau beaucoup trop petite. Compliqué de s'asseoir sur les WC alors que nous sommes de corpulence mince. Seul reproche !

L équipement
Dommage de n avoir aucun contact avec le ou les propriétaires. Eau chaude vraiment très faible et chambre cote rue avec une énorme plaque d égouts au dessous des fenêtres avec un claquement à chaque passage de véhicule à signaler à la voirie .
