Identity theft!!!!

Pretty sure they leaked my information, I started getting Asian spam emails after checking in. They also require facial scan at check in. Definitely some sort of identity theft going on. Also anytime I tried to message the host it was just robot ai responses instead of an actual person. We ran out of toilet paper and had to buy more ourselves. The place itself was clean but not worth staying just pick another place.Trust.

Clean, modern and comfortable with well equipped kitchenette.

Very clean, kitchen well equipped with plates, pots and pans, cooking utensils and cutlery. Very comfortable bed. Great water pressure. Very clean and modern. It’s also in a good location not far from Lapa and a metro nearby. The staff were very nice.

The check-in and checkout was supposed to be done online but the form wouldn’t accept my ID and kept bringing me back to the start. The form also asked unnecessary questions that no hotel clerk would ask and was 5 pages long. Absolutely ridiculous. I gave up after an hour and was able to check in and check out with the clerk. You have to record Face ID with reception anyway so online check in seems pointless. It’s really frustrating when a simple matter is made complicated by misused technology. My pet peeve, hence the essay! Also, the elevators need to be reconfigured. There are six lifts that ALL return to the ground floor. So summoning a lift often takes a while. But apart from that, everything was great.

Very clean, tidy, simple and practical

- Very clean, tidy, simple, practical studio, quiet environment - Hot water shower - Well equipped kitchen, full size fridge + freezer, microwave oven, stovetop, utensils - Fast and stable internet speed over WiFi 👍🏻 - Convenient location, close to food stalls, malls, marts, banks, ATMs and public transport - A stone throw to the main attractions around such as Escadaria Selarón, Arcos da Lapa, Catedral Metropolitana, Naval Museum, etc.

- Photo on the web site does not match the actual apartment that was booked. Few minutes before free cancellation time, 360 suite changed the room I booked, which I do not like it at all. A transfer was made but the exchanged unit still was not the same as the photo they sent to me. They are NOT able to guarantee what was booked. - Don't like the capturing of organic data for facial recognition system to enter the building, seems like it is an unnecessary overhyped thing in Brazil which does not add value for visitors. - My interaction with them were pleasant but still, reception staff needs to be more welcoming.

It’s a good-value option for long stays in downtown Rio.

It’s a fully retrofitted building, secure and with good facilities for a reasonable price. Downtown Rio is not on the tourist radar and can be challenging in terms of safety, but you can take an Uber and then walk 5 minutes to the Cinelândia metro station.

Everything is managed online through WhatsApp, and the local staff has limited autonomy to resolve issues. For example, during my stay, they were never able to fix the Wi-Fi.

A good albeit expensive option

All apartment units have a kitchenette; makes both short- and long-term stays that much cheaper when you can shop for grocering and prepare meals where you are staying.

The internet router within the apartment was not working. The showers had no fuctioning hot water. The TV unit was really outdated. There was not water filter attached to the sink. For what they charge us, this is outrageous.

Flat was nice, but serious issues with wi-fi connection caused problems

Spacious flat in the centre of Rio with a secure 24hrs reception.

No cleaning available and when we arrived there was only one glass and one cup available for a booking for two people. Fortunately they fixed this the next day and gave us an additional glass and cup. They don't replace toilet paper, regardless of the length of your stay. No filter water tap available either. My main issue was the intermittent/poor wi-fi. This was the main reason I reserved this flat as I had to do some important online meetings and interviews during my time in Rio. The network kept failing and I had to report this issue several times. They have an automated system for customer service which is not the friendliest. They called maintenance on two occasions to resolve this issue, but it kept happening and I eventually had to change room as it was just not working. Really disappointing and a source of stress.

Great location, clean and new apartment, good security, we will refer this place to others.

Great location in city center, just a block away from Municipal Theater, able to walk to most places we want to see (Metropoltan Cathedral, Barroque style church Sao Francisco, Escadaria Selarón, Portuguese Reading Library, Confeitaria Colombo, etc), plenty restaurants n cafes n market. Apartment so clean, and new (include appliances and kitchenware). Staff and security are helpful, city center can be rough but this place has good security and we feel safe.

The check in took a bit longer than we thought, the host so organized in sending instructions and communicating, we got the apt number and code to get in, but the process of check in with biometrics and waiting in changing staff that speak a better English took us abt 15 minutes wait, which we understand later in that the biometrics are use for getting in the main door.

Beautiful comfortable building with clean, well-kept, comfortable spacious studio apartments.

Everything was automated, but the front desk at the place was SO slow processing all the check-ins at a certain point there were like 6 people standing in line trying to get their rooms. It defeated the whole purpose of getting "automatic" messages over whatsapp and emails with forms to "speed up" the check in. Regardless all this, the place is GOOD.

Slow check-in processing onsite despite having all done online in advance. Anyway, it was not really that long of a wait, maybe 15-20 minutes, but the place is really nice compared to other locations in Rio.

Injusto. Falta de contato para resolver comigo.

Então. Eu quase me machuquei com uma cadeira que estava faltando parafusos. Na mesma hora eu notifiquei o anfitrião, bati foto da cadeira e o parafuso solto e me prontifiquei a pagar a cadeira caso ele julga-se minha culpa. Fui desqualificado no Booking e agora depois de mais de 10 anos como usuário não consigo mais fazer reservas.

A qualidade piorou

Porta do banheiro quebrada, banheiro mal lavado, deixaram apenas 1 sabonete pra 4 diárias. É uma sugestão.... Deixem ao menos uma garrafa de água na geladeira, mesmo que isso seja cobrado na diária, isso seria um bom mimo para o cliente

Falta de manutenção no apartamento, falta de um filtro de água no apartamento e na academia, equipamentos da academia quebrado e não vi ninguém indo dar manutenção durante os 4 dias que passei la

A estadia não proporciona local para deixarmos as malas após o checkout que é muito cedo. 11h. Sendo que a entrada é liberada somente após as 15h. Muito menos de 24h horas de estadia. Absurdo. Liguei para solicitar checkout late e disseram que não poderia. Se estiverem com família e malas, não fiquem nesse lugar!

Localização muito boa, pertinho do Teatro municipal. Tudo novinho, tem utensílios e o enxoval está bem cuidado. Atendimento muito rápido.

Custo-benefício alto para a região

A acomodação é bastante equipada. Tem geladeira, fogão e itens de cozinha. Achei a limpeza boa. Funcionários da recepção bastante educados.

Achei a taxa extra cobrada muito alta e só vi depois do pagamento. Tentei resolver, mas não tive suporte. Também tive problema para fazer check-in via sistema indicado pela acomodação. Fiz checkout pelo mesmo sistema, mas recebi e-mail depois informando que esse ainda não havia sido concluído e que poderia receber novas cobranças. No banheiro, só disponibilizaram shampoo. Não tinha sabonete.

Comfortabel, maar basic appartement

Geen warm water. de check-in procedure was verschrikkelijk. Als men gebruik maakt van een chatbot, moet men zorgen dat die ook genoeg artificiële inteligentie heeft om problemen te begrijpen. Bij de online check in stopte alles doordat we onze thuislocatie niet konden invullen en geen code ontvingen per e-mail om verder te gaan met de check- in.. O apartamento é lindo e a localização é excelente.

Só deram uma toalha para 7 dias, o chuveiro não esquentava direito, Wi-Fi não funcionava, não tinha um espelho grande para nos arrumarmos. Não tinha saco de lixo, itens básicos de limpeza. Para ter outra toalha seria um absurdo o preço. O ferro de passar não funcionava. Não tinha uma vassoura.

HUMANIZAR A PLATAFORMA

Não gostei do atendimento da plataforma. Muito demorado para responder as minhas solicitações via WhatsApp. assim que cheguei no apartamento deixei minhas malas no quarto e desci para comprar algumas coisas para o meu café, bati a porta, quando retornei não consegui abrir a porta, a fechadura não reconhecia a minha senha. Fiquei para fora do quarto, e foi bem dificil ter um suporte, foi bastante demorado. Conclusão: Tive que pernoitar em outro quarto sem as minhas malas, pois a porta foi aberta somente no outro dia , por volta das 11 horas. Gerando um total descontentamento. Sugestão: Melhorar o atendimento na plataforma, com mais agilidade e atenção com o hóspede.
