Apartament modern, curat, bucătărie dotată, filtru de apă. Foarte bună cafeaua primită pe care am făcut-o la expresor. Am primit dulciuri din partea proprietarului. Zona în care se găsește apartamentul este curată și sigură. Ușor și sigur de mers cu Uber unde dorești.

Gostei bastante da tecnologia e da segurança do local. É um ambiente cheio de câmeras e totalmente seguro. Não há recepcionistas, pois o local é monitorado por Inteligência Artifical Gostei também do fato do local ser bem localizado, pois há um shopping próximo e uma padaria que dá pra ir a pé. Gostei da recepção e da simpatia do sr. Victor, o proprietário do local, que foi extremamente atencioso e sempre nos respondeu prontamente.
O único ponto fraco é que o ambiente é um pouco pequeno, entretanto, isso não é questionável pra uma cidade grande como São Paulo.
