How it’s close to everything.
When we first went in it smelled so bad like smoke but that’s ok I grew up around smoke,

The apartment was very spacious. The beds were comfortable, especially the master bedroom bed. (A topper was used). They allowed us to check in early, so we could explore the area. I felt that this was a very nice gesture and probably inconvenient for the cleaning girl. Thanks for that.
The neighborhood was a bit scary. The apartment was a bit run down and old, (built in the 80s). Broken curtains, holes in the wall, etc. We felt that the couch was a bit over doing it. The apartment above us was a bit noisy with the walking around and thumping all night. I recommend investing in dark-out curtains for Alaska rentals. It doesn't get dark until late & too light in the mornings.

Great, quiet location in city. Comfy, reclining couch. Black out curtains
No place to plug phones near bed. Refrigerator was held together with duct tape. Only two forks in utensil drawer.

Anchorage is ridiculously expensive. This property in a sketchy part of town.
Needs painting and decor work - better beds etc.
