The home is very spacious, the pool looks small but it accommodated all 12 of us comfortably. The house was just as described in the listing and the property management company is very nice. It's in a great area and we would return.
The checkout procedures were a little much. I'm okay with removing my trash but we basically had to completely clean the unit due to fear of being charged $25 per bag of any trash left in the house. That bothered me because as we were cleaning, we saw items left under things from past guests.
There is an issue with the plumbing in the house. The downstairs toilet needs to be snaked as it doesn't flush the contents and overfills with paper trapped in the pipes. The master bath takes 2 flushes to clear the commode and the hall bath sometimes runs after usage.
