The entire property is excellent!! Clean, Safe, Entertaining, Spacious,just a very wonderful experience!!
It is very safe and clean lots to do and at the same time very relaxing and peaceful too it’s also in such a great location very close to Universal and a short drive to Disney but there is also lots to do outside the property as well. We loved it please keep up the good work we want to have the same experience when we go back!!!

Just minor things. The room was not ready on time people park in your parking spaces and sometimes it takes forever for staff to bring supplies like toilet paper
