Apartament bardzo przestronny i wygodny. Widok na ocean choć obecnie trwa budowa nowych budynków które mogą zasłonić ten widok. Okolica cicha i spokojna. Dostępne jest wiele miejsc parkingowych przed osiedlem.
Auto w tej lokalizacji będzie bardzo przydatne ponieważ jest trochę daleko do oceanu lub „centrum miasta”.
