Location, wifi, comfotable bed
Long and hassle check-in process. No parking. Have to contact another person for paid parking (even for a motorcycle). They didn’t mention in the listing that they don’t have a dedicated place for parking.. you only find out after you book. They’ll transfer you from one person to another just to secure a parking slot. Condo’s check-in process takes a long time and needs improvement. We queued for more than an hour, standing in line, tired, exhausted just to check in. Should’ve stayed at a hotel if it was going to be this much of a hassle.

Comfy stay,cozy bed,flexibility of the host.location.
Some very few inconveniences you cant cook and wash clothes theres no facility for that.but overall its still a good stay.dim lighting in the bedroom,busted bulb i guess.
