De locatie, op loopafstand van strand en boulevard.

De locatie is super. Tussen El Arenal en de haven in. Hoek appartement met veel licht. Rustige wijk. Goede parkeer gelegenheid buiten. Smart TV. De host Marcos reageert snel. We konden eerder in het appartement dan de check - in tijd.
2 super balkons maar weinig zon, alleen een klein beetje in de ochtend. De WiFi is niet ok om te streamen. De afstandsbediening van de parkeergarage was kapot dus konden we niet binnen parkeren. Heel jammer dat dat niet opgelost kon worden tijdens ons verblijf. Parkeerplek binnen is ook te klein voor een MiNi Countryman ivm parkeren tussen palen. Binnen is geen eethoek met stoelen, buiten op het overdekte balkon wel.

Fantastische locatie, prachtig uitzicht dichtbij de boulevard.
Vooral achterstallig onderhoud en niet hygiënisch. Haren zeepresten en wattenstaafjes van de vorige gasten lagen overal. In de keuken en douche rioolvliegen. De douchekop laat meteen los als je de douche aanzet. Beperkt warm water en bij aanzetten vaatwasser de keuken onder water. De eigenaar is aardig en goed bereikbaar via de de app, nooit gezien en de problemen worden dus ook niet opgelost. Een gratis overnachting aangeboden gekregen voor een volgende keer, teleurstellend.
