Facilities are good. Bedding clean and comfortable.

Need bug / surface spray. We noticed a number of insects (silverfish) gathering in one bedroom and in lounge.

Great property, excellent location, lovely set up.

just noisy once the cafe opens and unfortunately the galahs are loud

I loved the historic charm of the cottage.

I do not give my permission to post these comments-they are offered to owner to make improvements. The coffee pot does not work -husband and daughter are engineers and could not work it even after looking at manual! There is some kind of surface staining in bath tub - very unappealing and the soap caddy in shower is covered in scum and needs replacing. The hand towel holder is not secured to the drywall in bathroom. The staff from the coffee shop stack items stored just below master bedroom window and it becomes noisy at 7:30 am. Also very creepy to see someone’s face against bedroom window even with blinds completely down it is disturbing. Another storage location should be found. The coffee shop takes over the side yards and back surrounding the rental home completely. There is a definite lack of privacy. The front door look is quirky and a note should be placed on inside door warning about the automatic lock when exiting. Coffee shop patrons use the waste containers despite a note on outside of containers saying they belong to the cottage.

Comfy and cosy with everything you need. Central and walking distance from shops.

Privacy with cafe abutting bedroom window and alcove to disjointed wet areas. Staff of cafe singing against bedroom window at anywhere 7am every morning. Host didn’t mention a tradesman was taking down external colourbond front fence from early morning with a rattle gun for 4 hours.
