Superb location, property was perfect!

Everything. The size the location the decor.

It was perfect.

The location was excellent however the entire property was tired and in bad need of painting the entire inside, the master bedroom ensuite shower door did not close and allowed the water to flow onto the floor; the spare toilet roll holder was very rusty; it was very difficult to put a new toilet roll on the holder: the fly screen is in need of replacing. The dining room table is in need of replacement immediately; the fly screens in the lounge area need repair or replacement. The outside back deck area needs a gurney and a good cleanup;the so called gym area does not exist at all. In your property write up on booking.com at no time does it mention that one of the bedrooms is accessed outside through the laundry nor did it mention that one of the bathrooms was an ensuite accessed through the master bedroom. As I indicated the property is in a perfect location but is VERY TIRED and needs money spent on updated furniture and renovation inside and out especially when it cost over $7000.00 for 7 days holiday rental. Sorry I put this spiel in the wrong box.
