Would have been helpful to have a map of the area and a list of nearby places eg supermarket, and instructions for the appliances.

Very convenient location close to parkland and north Adelaide amenities.
Very hot when we arrived during extremely hot afternoon and took hours to cool living area down with the single reverse cycle unit. We requested two fans for the bedrooms that were provided, one the next day and the other the following. That resolved the heat issue.
