great location and size of house, and facilities. everything was easy and the Forster accommodation were great and easy to deal with.

The house is riddled in mould and that needs to be addressed, whoever is cleaning the house for you is not doing a proper clean, Floors were sticky, very dusty, spiderwebs and sand and just dust on the stairs. A very quick clean was done, there was poo left on the front of the toilet. House reeks of distinct curry smell. Had to put on candles and fire and still did not get rid of the smell. The curtains are riddled in mould on the back window. carpets need a good clean.

The view is probably the only thing that sells this place, but I found the off street garage parking is good for a small car (Mazda 2 fits comfortably)

The property was very unclean, straight through the door there was a broken cover on the skylight hanging from the roof, the master bathroom toilet lid was broken, there were spiderwebs everywhere and bugs all through the house when we arrived even though all the doors were closed. There was 1 spare bin bag even though we were expected to put the bins out for collection. There were also stains on most of the carpets. Other than that the house was in a great location and could be made better with a bit of maintenance.
