スタッフの方の接客がとても良かったです！また、お風呂ではテレビも見ることができ、ゆっくりくつろぐことができました！
ウォーターサーバーがあったのがありがたかったのですが、壊れていたのか、水の出が悪く使えませんでした、、。2階のお部屋に宿泊させていただいたのですが、上の方の足音や扉を閉める音が大きく聞こえ、少し残念でした、。

The design of the rooms were incredible, ac worked amazing, bath rooms were big and elegant, jacuzzi and outside was a magical time.
It was a memory I won’t forget.
Smelled like cigarettes in room.
Breakfast stopped serving at 3 am, did not get to order since we eat breakfast at 8-9 am.

The facilities were clean, spacious and comfortable especially in comparison to the other hotels we stayed at during my trip. We enjoyed this hotel the most even though it was a love hotel which we did not know at first.
The location of the hotel was okay, a little out of the way from where we wanted to go but we didn’t know how long walking in Japan to another location would take beforehand. So prepare. The biggest complaint is that you have to call to leave the room, and when you return you have to talk to them to unlock your room. That was new for us, but other than those things truly we liked this the most in our 3 city trip
