It’s all about the location.

Teeny tiny shower made for people 5.4 or smaller. Also Glass bricks on the shower wall to the neighbour were completely see through at night with the light on.

The property was in a good location between Burleigh Heads and Surfers Paradise. Staff member (can’t remember her name) was very helpful arranging for keys to be at property when I arrived as I did not have my own transport.

Quite noisy with tenants above me and cars parked outside my bedroom coming and going, causing lack of privacy. Also a lot of people always walking past the balcony. I didn’t find the unit very clean. Bathroom floor grout is quite disgusting and toilet looked like someone had soiled in it before I got there. Vacuum is ridiculous with such a short handle. Very cheap scourers only for keeping kitchen clean. Would be much more helpful to have appropriate additions to keep the unit cleaner whilst occupying it.
