The whole house was comfortable

The town house was scrupulously clean. There was so much thought put into stocking the kitchen. There was NOTHING I missed in the kitchen, everything was there. The cupboard was thoughtfully stocked with condiments, all the pots , pans & bits that go with them were there - there was ice & cold packs in the feeezer. The bathrooms were stocked with QUILTON - nice change to that horrid one ply toilet paper you get in lots of places. There was a lovely little outdoor area. The short stay managers Ready Set Stay (I think) were very responsive to emails & easy to communicate with - the only thing it would be nice to have had them put their name at the bottom of the email so you actually knew who you were corresponding with. The beach, supermarkets and restaurants were an easy walk from the town house.

My biggest peeve was that despite leaving two email messages & one telephone message for the host to call me prior to our stay, our calls went unreturned - not good customer service. The single bed on the right (on entering) was quite wonky & the mattress very uncomfortable - I woke up feeling quite stiff. The pillows were were quite flat, but that said I had taken my own anyway & my Hubby said he was quite happy with the pillows, so if U R fussy, take your own. I thought the towels could do with replacing - everything was lovely and clean, and there were plenty of them, they were just a little tired & didn't have that nice fluffy 5 star feel about them.

Clean and spacious with a very well equipped kitchen.

No Wifi and no remote control for garage door.
