Here you can make yourself comfortable in front of the wood-burning stove. The two bedrooms are also located on the ground floor. A staircase leads to the open gallery on the upper floor. Here you will find a spacious double bed, the third sleeping option in the house. From here you can enjoy direct access to the balcony with a wonderful sea view. The house also has a large terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and its own barbecue. Here you can relax or enjoy barbecues together. Süssauer Strand is a long natural beach and is located in the 'fair-weather corner' of Ostholstein near the island of Fehmarn. Most of the beach is open to dogs, so that even four-legged friends can feel at home here. On the small promenade directly on the beach you will find beach chair hire and, in summer, a few restaurants and shops. For anglers, the Süssau beach offers a unique stretch of sea trout. The surrounding area offers many worthwhile excursion destinations: the Schleswig-Holstein Lake District, the Baltic Sea spa Großenbrode, the Hansapark in Sierksdorf and the island of Fehmarn with a shark and marine centre, a donkey park and the 'Noah's Ark'. Denmark is also just a stone's throw away. Well-developed cycle paths open up the beautiful landscape of Schleswig-Holstein to you.
