I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, simply because the staff were so accommodating and friendly - they Felt like family and friends. They picked me up with my heavy luggage from the pier on bikes after a long journey from India with little sleep. They also provided useful Info for everything I asked about. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a big fridge, air con and porch. They have good wifi too. The property is located a little away from the shore, hidden away from the crowds, it’s quiet at night. But you’re a very short walk away from shops, restaurants and amenities and the pier where people are dropped off from the boats coming from Pattaya. I rented a bike from them too. Although it takes 30mins to walk to any main beaches, you can get a cheap (30baht one way) open bus ride to any of the beaches on the island. In general, I felt it was an easy island to stay on.

Needs a bit of renovation to modernise the public spaces, but they are aware of that and are working slowly to refresh the space. A downside for me was the breakfast, as a non-meat eater, my options were limited. They offer toast, tea, coffee and chicken congee. I would have been happy if there were fresh fruit for breakfast, but ended up having jam on toast whenever I did make breakfast time.
