Location was good for visiting nearby family; that was the prime reason for the choice. The bed is comfortable, but VERY close to walls on one side/bottom; a sideways shuffle gives access. Couch is very comfortable. Good shower.
Main issue: the kitchen is poorly equipped. No microwave, NO PLATES! We ate from bowls. There is nowhere to comfortably sit while eating; high chairs against a bench with no under-space for legs meant leaning in from well clear of the meal.
The air conditioner has a 'heating' setting which is disabled. The stay was four cool days of non-stop rain and 100% humidity, with no means of warming the space.
The hall outside the apartment is a bit smelly (The apartment is odor-free)
