Prijs/kwaliteit en ligging
De bedden. Matrassen waren onaangenaam en kussens hard en veel te dik. Dit uiteraard naar onze (alle 4) mening.

建物hは古いが、一旦ドアを入ると、そこにはセンスのいいモダンなデザインのお部屋が広がっており、水回りも清潔で設備、備品とも申し分ありませんでした。
タオル類なども豊富に用意してあり、洗濯機もあるので、１週間くらいの滞在でも不自由なく滞在できます。
もう少し長期になった場合、生ごみの処理やシーツ類の交換など頼めるのか、は不明（チャットで聞いたが、その部分については回答なしでした。）
カギの受け渡しについて、当日まで連絡ないのでチャットで聞いたところ、宿泊者のパスポートのコピーを送れば教える、と言われた。料金を払った時点で（数日前に）パスポートが必要なら必要と言ってくれれば楽に対応できたのに、直前まで何も言ってくれなかったので、出先でバタバタしました。
キッチンの設備は整っていますが、塩コショウくらいは用意があるといいと思いました。（短期（数日）の滞在者には塩コショウから用意するのはちょっと辛いかと...）
地下鉄駅から歩いて7-8分だが、交通量も多く、歩道がない部分もあるし、夜間はあまり雰囲気よくなかったので、ほとんど毎回タクシーを利用しました。

Appartement très confortable, décoration soignée, salle de bain spacieuse. Ascenseur. Prix raisonnable. Bonne isolation phonique (malgré la route bruyante côté salon).
L'emplacement n'est pas très loin d'une station de métro, mais le quartier est peu accueillant. Aucun magasin, restaurant etc. Le soir pour rentrer c'est lugubre et peu rassurant.
