The surroundings were lovely, the owner and staff very friendly, any questions dealt with quickly.
It was very basic and a bit tired but had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. All cutlery, plates, cups etc are supplied. There was a clean tea towel and bath towels. We just had to bring bed linen, pillows and quilt. It is a self catering site but there were a few tea bags, coffee, sugar and fresh milk in the full size fridge. There was a single electric hob in a cupboard, microwave, kettle and toaster on the worktop, and much to my hubby's pleasure, a TV 😅
Unfortunately we had a sofa bed which wasn't very comfortable (probably because we're not so young anymore 😁). We've been told that new twin beds are being installed this year so, hopefully, we'll have a more comfortable stay next time.
