El departamento está muy bien ubicado, a pocos pasos del centro, es muy cómodo y tiene todo lo necesario. Guadalupe es un amor, estuvo atenta a todas nuestras necesidades, desde la reserva misma. Tuvimos un problema con el microondas y nos lo cambió en seguida; también tuvimos un problema con el agua caliente (salía turbia) que no se pudo solucionar durante nuestra estadía, pero no nos afectó porque sólo la usábamos para bañarnos; cuando finalizó nuestra estadía estaban solucionándolo. Guadalupe nos pidió reiteradamente disculpas, pero era comprensible la dificultad, así que todo muy bien.

Nos gusto todo,la tranquilidad,la ubicación, que tuviera parrilla,la comodidad

la limpieza y todos los detalles: desde articulos de tocador y de limpieza, hasta pañuelos descartables, rollo de cocina, aceite de oliva SIN ABRIR, el apart estaba impecable, tiene una parrila dentro de la cocina, asi que pudimos hacer una porcion de cordero patagonico, la verdad me senti como en casa, LA ATENCION DE GUADALUPE que la vimos solo cuando llegamos,pero despues por wasap estaba atenta a todo, por si necesitabamos algo, FELICITACIONES ,volveria sin dudarlo Y LO SUPER RECOMIENDO, esta a 50 ms de la avenida principal y a tan solo 300 metrso del centro , todos los comercios ( drugstore, farmacia, heladeria,) todo muy cerca.

Credit card issue to pay for my stay. Apparently, booking doesn't allow the Argentinean lodging operators to make the credit card payment online. The lodging operator sends a link to pay which did not work at all. After 3-4 hours of making it work, the owner had to process the payment over the phone. Really weird system and I've never encountered this situation, even with other places in Argentina. No cable - they said they were switching operators, living room sofa is a trundle bed and it is super uncomfortable. The rooms were cool and they were able to increase the heat. Apparently, there is a thermostat outside the unit in the hallway that is shared with another unit but they never told us about that. I stayed at 8 hotels during my jaunt throughout Argentina, Chile and Patagonia, this was my least favorite. The operators in El Calafate just want to get the tourist dollars and don't really want to give you more than they have to. No breakfast was provided. Although they did get us a taxi to go to another lodging in El Calafate due to our delayed trip to Puerto Natales.
