Me and my husband came for our anniversary in October! It was such a beautiful location and near everything! We loved the hot tub and sauna!

Location is good, very quiet, beautiful view of the mountains, nice porch, beds comfortable. Staff at the resort friendly but limited as to what they can do since this property is managed by VACASA.
Informing us about the water situation. Message we were sent a couple of days before arriving informed us of a change in the water testing status that made the water undrinkable, but that water would be available. We get there and a note in the room says we can not even boil the water to make it safe, can't rinse fruit or veg or cook with it. Water available from a water cooler in the pool area, or in the office (which is not open 24 hours) and not convenient for us to get to, and we did not bring any containers to hold water since we received notification when we were already on the road. We discovered that VACSA knew about this situation a few weeks before they sent us notice, and they never gave us the option to change our plans. We reached out to VACASA and were told we would get a call back in a couple of hours, they never returned our call. My husband stopped at their location in town and was told the manager wasn't in, but we would get a call, never got a call. Very disappointed in how this was handled. Although unit appeared clean upon arrival I later found crumbs and pieces of food on the floor (definitely not from us ) and food stuck on dishes put away in the cabinets, as well as stains on the kitchen rug. Could not get the kitchen water to warm up. This unit just looks tired, peeling wallpaper, rusted heating units, no little niceties as we have had in other units of this type like pot holders or night stands etc. VACASA sent a link multiple times with a link to write a review - link is broken. We have reached out to Booking.com and awaiting a response.
