- Good location
- Smooth check in
- Complete facilities/products provided
- Nice view of Batam from the room
- Attached to Pollux Mall (not many shops opened yet, but still OK)
- Blackout for a couple of minutes at night during our two nights of stay, probably a building issue
- No mirror in one of the room, difficult to get ready
- Toilet roll is not good quality, tears easily. Better to switch to a good 3-4 ply brand

Excellent views and good size studio
Fact that you can’t leave your luggage to maximise time . This is one area they need to improve and I certainly won’t be using them again for this one fact
