Excellent apartment in a brilliant spot.

Lovely clean and comfortable apartment. Wonderful location near the beach, bars and shops. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was delicious.

We only wish it had a kettle and cups for tea or coffee.

Great location, but disappointing room experience

The location is very nice — just a few steps from the sea and the beach. It was especially lovely in the evening to hear the sound of the waves right outside the window. We could use the sun loungers on the terrace and the beach, which was a nice touch. The host was friendly and eager to help. Breakfast (choice of three options) was simple, but tasty.

When we arrived, our booked sea-view room was already occupied, so we were given an outdated and worn room in a neighboring building — completely different in style, with a dark bedroom, unlike what we had reserved. The room had a small living area on the first floor with a partial sea view, but the bedroom was further inside the suite with no windows or sea view at all. The next day we were moved to the correct room, but we were still somewhat disappointed. Although newly renovated, it had several shortcomings — the room was very small, with little storage space, and the open shower was placed right next to the toilet, so the floor got flooded after every use. No bath mat was provided. I wouldn’t recommend visiting in October — the official summer season ends in September, and the beach area is dismantled, with everything stored away. It felt a bit deserted, even though the weather was still warm and suitable for swimming and sunbathing.

Perfect apartment, great owner and unforgettable experience

The property was amazing, can’t fault anything about the experience from start to finish. The room was perfect, clean, tidy and comfy, the shower was good and the mirror has a light around it. The owner was so friendly and gave us very clear instructions including a video of were to park if needed. The breakfast was great, plus there are free sunbeds and a beach bar next to the sea, the water is crystal clear, all in all an amazing experience.

Everything was wonderful. The host was very friendly and even met me before check-in. The room was clean and had a beautiful view. The hotel is right on the first line and the breakfasts were delicious. Overall, a great place for the price – highly recommend

A slice of peace in a busy beachtown

Amazing location right on the beach, with complimentary sunbeds! Room had a balcony with stunning views, and was in a more peaceful location compared to the rest of Sarande. It was a nice oasis for rest while still having plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Overall we really enjoyed our time at Sunset and in Sarande and would love to come back :)

Breakfast options could be more generous with more choice and larger portions, but it was very tasty and the coffee was delicious

I really appreciated my stay at the hotel. Enis and his family were very friendly, and the room was always fresh and clean. The beach was very close, as well as the city center. The breakfast was excellent, and I have nothing to complain about.

It’s a must !!!!

We struggled a little bit to find the exact location so the host « Aniss » was very nice and very reactive he helped us find it easily after. The room looks exactly like in the picture we had everything we needed a big confortable bed for 2 people, a big rest room with the shower (the temperature was adjustable so we hadn’t any issues with the hot water) and a balcony with a magnificent view of the beach. We had the breakfast included with 3 different options with 2 drinks. The private beach was one of the best things we experienced in saranda it was so clean so beautiful, the water was calm and we had the umbrella + 2 seats for free because we’re staying in the hotel (the host Aniss was very nice he made sure that we pay nothing, normally it costs around 20€/day). I really recommend this place it was a perfect spot for me and my wife the location is near to the port and the corniche, you have also a lot of small shops and a super market. For the football fans if you want to watch a game go to the « Irish pub ».

Honestly nothing, maybe just for information there’s no kitchen so its impossible to cook (for the people who likes to cook) but its not a problem because there’s tons of good restaurants with a good prices and lot of choices.

Great place

Excellent location, cleanest beach in whole Sarande in front of hotel. View from the balcony is great,you can listen the waves in the evening .Pretty quiet part of the city but near to everything. Our host Enis was great,very friendly, always there for everything you need.Breakfast was also great.

Enis and his mother tried so hard that we were already "uncomfortable" ;) They were happy to listen, cleaned the room, changed the sheets and towels (it wasn't necessary) every other day. Always smiling and it was really nice to meet them. We will return to them with pleasure.

A great place to stay, in an epic location tucked away in the corner of Sarandas beachfront.

Location, bed and amenities are great. Room is spacious and super clean. Air con works good too. The sunset restaurant is amazing and well priced as well. Staff are super nice and speak very good English and Albanian.

Shower drain was blocked and needed cleaning - floods the bathroom. Only gripe we had!

Einmalige Lage 🤩

Die Lage war einmalig, direkt am (Privat-) Strand inkl. Liegen & Daybeds. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick, mit gigantischen Sonnenuntergängen. Das sehr gute Frühstück (man konnte aus 3 Varianten auswählen) bekam man in dem angrenzenden „Restaurant“. Enis war super freundlich, hilfsbereit und erfüllte uns alle Wünsche. Preis-Leistung passt für uns hier mit der Lage absolut.

Nichts. Das Zimmer war sehr einfach ausgestattet. Fanden wir allerdings für den Preis nicht schlimm und bei schönem Wetter hält man sich eher mehr am Strand oder auf dem Balkon auf.

Это были прекрасные сутки в Албании. Приятный номер, чистый, ничего лишнего, вид невероятный. А какой закат потрясающий мы встретили. Разрешили заехать раньше, что приятно, так как мы были с детьми. Отличное цена/качество. Завтрак был нормальным.

Показалось, что не так просто найти и Гугл вел не туда. Вход в море немного резкий

La posizione vista mare con l'ombrellone e i lettini inclusi nel prezzo.

Camera di recente costruzione ma spoglia. Abajour non funzionanti, terrazzo in comune con altre persone, nessuna reception, titolare disponibile ma evanescente. Difficile da trovare. Nessun armadio, solo un appendiabito, il bidet in realtà era una doccetta vicino al water e la doccia semi aperta con la conseguenza di allagamento del pavimento, dei servizi e naturalmente scivolosa. La colazione non adatta ad una famiglia Italiana. Parcheggio di fortuna ma comodo.

Dobra lokalizacja, przy samej plaży i blisko do portu oraz promenady. Z pokoju na parterze dobry widok na morze, posiada duży wspólny taras, plus za suszarki na pranie. Duży plus za darmowe leżaki na plaży dla gości hotelu. Wybrzeże kamieniste i bardzo czyste, warto zabrać buty do wody. Bar przy plaży oferuje ciekawe przekąski i drinki w rozsądnych cenach. W pokoju dostępny telewizor z YouTube i Netflix, bardzo dobrze działało Wi-fi. Gospodarz Enis był bardzo pomocny i miły, łatwy kontakt przez WhatsApp.

Bardzo mała łazienka, cieknący prysznic oraz brak miejsca pod prysznicem na kosmetyki. Pokój przywitał nas brudną podłogą i nie zostało to sprzątnięte podczas naszego pobytu. W pokoju pojawiały się co jakiś czas małe robaczki przypominające mole, głównie w łazience. Śniadania w restauracji na dole, wybieramy z karty z 3 dostępnych opcji. Są dość małe i mało zróżnicowane, przez kilku dniowy pobyt mogą się znudzić.

Heerlijke plek, met een eindeloos uitzicht over het water!

Mooie kamer, beetje kaal, maar prima voor een nacht. Vlakbij het strand, middenin de stad en toch rustig. Het uitzicht was geweldig op de Ionische zee. Twee balkons, fijne badkamer en een heerlijk ontbijt. Superaardige gastheer die zorgde dat we de auto bij het hotel konden parkeren.

Fantastisk opphold 🤩

Vi elsker denne leiligheten 😊 Vi bodde her i 4 netter. Vi fikk leilighet i første etasje,dette var helt perfekt. Stor og fin uteplass. Eieren var så hyggelig og serviceinnstilt ☺️ Han fant solsenger og sakkosekker til oss som vi kunne bruke på terrassen. Skiftet på seng og nye håndklær annenhver dag. Vi spilte musikk på terrassen og dette var ikke noe problem. Vi fikk isbiter og mat servert på terrassen,fra beachcluben 👏🏻 Vi elsket beliggenheten. Bare noen trappetrinn ned til stranden. En fantastisk beachclub ved stranden. Anbefaler å leie VIP på beachcluben. 50 euro for en dobbelseng og hengekøy 😊 Egen servitør med veldig god service. 8 minutter å gå inn til Sarandë strandpromenade. Oppholdet ga oss veldig god valuta for pengene👏🏻

Vær klar over at solsenger ved stranden ikke var inkludert. Koster 10 euro for to senger og parasoll.

Gli appartamenti sono situati vicino alla spiaggia, con una vista mare molto bella. Colazione deliziosa. Il ragazzo che gestisce la struttura è sempre pronto ad aiutare in qualsiasi situazione. Lo consiglio a tutti.

Parádní ubytování.

Super poloha přímo u pláže. Jsme nenároční cestovatelé a vše se nám moc líbilo. Dobrá snídaně každý den. Pokoj čistý s balkónem, výhled na moře... klimatizace, lednička.... Příjemný a ochotný personál, ručníky , povlečení i úklid kdykoliv. Venkovní bar, lehátka v ceně.... Kousek ( 2 minuty) na třídu s restauracemi, kavárnami...má trajekt deset minut...... Je to v místě s velkými hotely oáza rodinného penzionu. Rádi se určitě vrátíme!!

Nebylo nic co by se nám vyloženě nelíbilo.
