The apartment was in a great location with a good view of Fistral Beach. The accomodation was a good size with plenty of space for the three of us and comfortable to stay in.
The parking space was next to a wall and the space the other side of it had a car parked in it. The car was not parked straight and always right up to the line. It is impossible to get into the space. Had to park at the entrance to the space and along the fence of the neighbours property.

The location was perfect. It was a short walk to fistral beach and you can hear the sea from the apartment as well as beautiful views.
We were unable to park in the parking space for apartment as it was blocked a week by another resident, who also put their rubbish in our outside bin, not leaving any room for our rubbish. Also the driveway down is narrow and the same car that blocked the allocated space for the apartment was emptying his shopping, blocking the drive, which made us late for a boat trip causing us to miss time slot.
Also the property could do with a bit of TLC. The blinds were broken in lounge/dining room and there was no hanging space. The smaller room had a wardrobe marked for staff only and the one in the bigger room had an ironing board and another fold out bed.
