Ima parkinga čak i u sezoni, komšije divni ljudi osećate se dobrodošli, mirno i tiho iako je stambena zgrada koja je izgrađena vrhunskim kvalitetom, u stanu i u zgradi je sve novo i funkcionalno. Stan je kao na slikama, Krevet udoban, klima odlična, toalet prostran voda sa dobrim pritiskom. Napolju ima nekoliko kafića, prodavnica, čak i frizer ali radi na zakazivanje. Lokacija je idealna jer je van centra grada, lako za nastavak puta ka CG ili Hrvatskoj, a opet na 10 minuta do starog mosta. Vrlo sam zadovoljan i ocena je čista desetka bez preterivanja. Pro tip: HA hotel je na 5 minuta hoda, možete tamo na doručak - samo 10 maraka.
Može biti bučno od saobraćaja ako su otvoreni prozori, ali srećom postoje prozori i na terasi tako da dobijate duplu zvučnu izolaciju, noću se ne čuje ništa.
