Great location and view, helpful staff, clean and well kept apartment, large and spacious.
Some difficulties in checking in and finding the lockbox for the keys

Instructions for entry inadequate. Road construction made entry difficult. Lokbox difficult. If kitchen workers nearby had not helped, not sure what we would have done. They said many people had the same problem. Key fob did not include key to door and the instructions to unlock door were hit and miss.
There was construction going on near our apartment on the fifth floor. very noisy and dirty. We were not aware until too late. Photos and a comprehensive summary was sent to Veronca, the manager. No reply. I followed up again and resent all info today. No reply. Onsite management very poor.
